Cost: Free

I know “free” typically brings about a healthy amount of skepticism. Nothing is truly ever free, and you’re right. However, in this case, my travel planning fees are covered by the Walt Disney Company and Universal Theme Parks. These companies have the cost of a Travel Planner factored into each vacation already, so whether you use a travel planner or not, you are already paying for one!

Benefits:

  • On-going price monitoring up until the start of your vacation;

  • A knowledgeable person in your corner who will endure the long wait times online and over the phone on your behalf;

  • Travel planning assistance to help you optimize your time in the parks and accomplish the big ticket items;

  • Payment plan options that work for you and your family;

  • Assistance with those early morning reservations that you may not want to be up for or even have time to do;

  • Universal Theme Park Ticket only bookings: automatically include early park entry, even if you’re not staying at a Universal resort!

My level of involvement truly depends on what you’d prefer! I can be with you every step of the process, or I can be here whenever you may need. It’s your vacation, and I’m here to help however best I can!

Travel Planning Services

Walt Disney Theme Parks:

Planning a Walt Disney Vacation can be overwhelming, especially if you have never been or if the last time you visited was pre-pandemic. As a Walt Disney Travel Planner, I find joy in helping your travel party create a magical experience. I can assist with room, ticket, special events, and dining packages. Additionally, I like to help my clients sift through all of the dining options to determine what fits their needs.

When you use my booking services, I include on-going price monitoring. If a deal is announced after you have booked your vacation, I automatically look to see if you qualify. If so, I work on your behalf and make sure that discount is applied your trip! My goal as a Travel Planner is to make sure that every dollar counts.

Disney Cruise Line:

Interested in booking an itinerary on one of Disney’s magical cruise line ships? I can assist! It can be difficult to determine itinerary, room needs, and port excursions, and having a seasoned Disney Cruise Line specialist can really ease the decision-making process. When you book a Disney Cruise with me, we work together to determine which itinerary best works for your schedule as well as which room really fits your travel parties needs. I can help you navigate extra dining reservations and determine if a port excursion is right for you!

As a Disney Cruise Line travel planner, I make sure you are aware of all of the timelines associated with your cruise (payment deadlines, reservation time frames, etc).

Universal Theme Parks:

Spanning both the East and West coast of the United States, Universal Theme Parks seeks to fill your vacation with immersive experiences for everyone in your travel party. As a Universal Theme Park Travel Specialist, I can assist you with booking a room, room & ticket package, or simply with special event tickets!

For the travel party that may want to visit Universal but isn’t looking for a resort stay, I always like to mention that booking with a travel planner automatically qualifies you for early entry! This is a perk typically reserved for those staying at a Universal resort.

Transferring a Disney Reservation:

So, you just learned that you could have used a Travel Planner to book your trip on your behalf and help you with the planning. If you are still wanting assistance, I am still permitted to work on your behalf if you meet the following criteria:

  1. You booked your stay within the last 30 days

  2. You have not paid in full

If you meet these criteria, please fill out my contact form or reach out directly at my email: rachelbooksmagic@gmail.com
